Drive It Pro boasts the most robust and the fastest maintenance program in all of Phoenix, Tempe, and Arizona.  For one, we’re the only rideshare rental company that’s open on Saturday for maintenance and rentals.  Secondly, NO APPOINTMENTS are required for any maintenance!  You can literally walk in 6 days a week and get an oil change, suspension work, your AC checked, your tires replaced, anything.  Despite our no appointment model, customer’s average time in our lobby is 30-45 minutes.  Oil changes always take less than 30, and we’re just as fast on the rest of the work.  Time is money, and if your time is important to you, you’re wasting it renting anywhere else.

We’re known for our service in many different ways.  For one, we’re highly responsive via both text, phone, and chat.  There is always a way to get a live person to talk to to address your needs.  Our most important guarantee to our customers is to be fair in everything.  When it comes to down time, we always credit above and beyond.  If a customer is in the shop for more than a few hours (on rare occasions), then we’ll always just credit them for the entire day if they ask.  Most importantly, you can communicate with us and we will always find a middle ground that’s fair for our driver and us.

Probably the most unique policy that you’ll find at Phoenix’s leading rideshare rental company is the ability to go on vacation, keep your rental, and NOT have to pay for it!  If a renter is going to go out of town, or is sick and hospitalized, we have a program where they can keep the car, and we will NOT charge them for any time the car is unused.  We do limit this policy to a week and require that the car be parked somewhere safely, but it gives all rideshare rental customers some much needed security and space to do what they do best.
