General Rental Information
Q: Do you rent cars for Uber, Lyft, and food delivery drivers?
A: Yes! All our vehicles are Uber and Lyft-approved. We rent 2010-2015 Toyota Priuses suitable for rideshare and delivery driving.
Q: What types of vehicles do you offer?
A: We currently offer Toyota Priuses (2010-2015 models). These are available in two grades:
Grade A ($352.95/week including tax) – Ideal for customer transport, mechanically and cosmetically excellent.
Grade B ($331.23/week including tax) – Ideal for food delivery, may have minor cosmetic issues such as peeling paint, dents, or interior stains.
Q: How soon can I get a rental?
A: In most cases, we can get you a vehicle the same day after you complete the approval process.
Q: How do I qualify for a rental?
A: To qualify, we require:
A photo of your driver’s license
A screenshot of your Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, or Instacart profile showing the number of trips completed
Q: Do I need a credit check or security deposit?
A: No! We do not require a credit check or security deposit.
Q: How much does it cost to get started?
A: You need approximately $325-$350 to get started. This includes:
$225 upfront rental payment
Remaining $117.09-$127.95 paid a few days later
Personal liability insurance (around $100/month, required for all rentals)
Q: What is the weekly rental price?
A: Weekly rental rates are between $342.09-$352.95, including tax, depending on the vehicle.
Q: Do you offer monthly rentals?
A: While our standard rental is weekly, drivers can continue renting on a week-to-week basis for as long as they need.
Approval & Onboarding Process
Q: How do I start the rental process?
A: Text/call (602) 222-9619 or email alex@driveitpro.com to begin the approval process.
Q: How long does the approval process take?
A: The approval process typically takes just a few minutes. Once approved, you will receive the next steps to pick up your rental.
Q: I am on the Lyft rental waitlist. Can I rent from you even if I haven’t driven for rideshare yet?
A: Yes! As long as you have at least one completed trip on any rideshare or food delivery platform, you are eligible.
Payment & Insurance
Q: When are payments due?
A: Payments are due weekly. Your first payment is split: $225 upfront, then the remaining balance ($117.09-$127.95) a few days later.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Payments can be made through our online portal at www.driveitpro.com.
Q: Do I need my own insurance?
A: Yes. You must carry personal liability insurance, just like you would with a personal vehicle. We can assist in obtaining this, and it typically costs around $100/month.
Q: What happens if I make a late payment?
A: We offer an online portal where you can track payments and extend your rental. If you are unable to make a payment on time, contact us as soon as possible.

Q: Do you have vehicles available today?
A: Availability varies. We recommend calling or texting (602) 222-9619 to check.
Q: What are your office hours?
A: Drive It Pro Office Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 2:30 PM
Sunday: Closed
Q: Where do I pick up my rental?
A: Pickup location details will be provided after approval.
Breakdowns & Support
Q: What should I do if my rental car breaks down?
A: If your car breaks down:
Ensure it is not blocking traffic.
Contact Alex immediately at (602) 222-9619 via call or text.
If outside business hours, email alex@driveitpro.com and expect a response the next business day.
Q: What if my car breaks down outside of office hours?
A: Leave the car in a safe location and email us. If it’s an emergency, call or text us at (602) 222-9619 and leave a message.

Q: Do you offer rental extensions?
A: Yes! Use our online portal at www.driveitpro.com to manage your rental and extend as needed.
